By accessing or using WeddingQR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WeddingQR provides a platform for event organizers to collect photos and videos from guests through QR codes and custom URLs. Photos are stored directly in the event organizer's Google Drive account.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Google Drive Integration

By connecting your Google Drive account, you authorize WeddingQR to:

• Create folders in your Google Drive
• Upload photos and videos submitted by guests
• Access only the files and folders created by our application

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or our application settings.

5. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to photos and videos uploaded through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transfer the content to the designated Google Drive account.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains malware or malicious code

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect or harvest user information
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEDDINGQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeddingQR, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
